Couldn't find another thread on this (did a quick search though so feel free to merge) so thought I might start

  5. That's all you get. That's it. It was enough to make me get out of bed at 2am and scream OH MY GOD
  6. Doomfist; Anniversary Event 23rd May - 12th June
  7. Looks like there's a sequel coming in August...
  8. E3 Announce trailer: E3 Gameplay demo: E3 LiveCast: This formed a fairly big chunk of the Sony conference and it looked pretty cool to me. According to the developers in the LiveCast, and going by what was shown in the gameplay video, it's a post-apocalyptic open-world adventure game set in the Pacific Northwest where you play a biker-turned-bounty hunter, riding across the gorgeous environment while trying to avoid huge hordes of former human beings that the developers emphatically say aren't zombies but are in fact called 'Freakers'. My f
  9. Colour me excited for this. We know that Remedy tends to keep elements from earlier games around in later ones and this gives off a very Quantum Break vibe to me:
  10. Coming Spring 2016 to Playstation 4, Xbone and PC. It's apparently going to be the final Dark Souls game and it just looks like it may well be set in Lordran.
  11. https://www.gematsu.com/2021/01/blue-fire-launches-february-4-for-switch-and-pc-later-for-ps4-and-xbox-one I've been looking forward to this since it's reveal last year on one of the Indie World Directs. It really gives off strong 3D Hollow Knight vibes. I'm hoping for good things when it releases on Feb 4th. It's priced $19.99 in the US, but no UK pricing yet.
  12. This was announced at Gamescom earlier and is due to release next year. I thought the first game was very atmospheric and had a lot of potential but felt disappointingly short. Hopefully the developers have got a bit more money and manpower behind them this time to make something more elaborate. The trailer, with its various locations and new gameplay elements, suggests something a bit more substantial, at least. One to watch.
  13. Bloodborne. All announced. Coming 2015. First Trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G203e1HhixY Screens Details From Famitsu: - Spring 2015 release window - They started work on this right after finishing Artorias of the Abyss, targeting Sony's new hardware - The world and story is completely new, and the setting takes full advantage of the PS4's capabilities - They're targeting 30fps at 1080p - The keywords for the game is "blood" and "beast" - There will be melee and long range weapons (guns) this time - Character custom
  14. Thought I'd start a dedicated thread for this because it's really rather good, although you do have to slog through around an hour of tedium before it starts being so. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect from this but with Demon's Souls being my main PS5 launch game, I wanted something lighter I could switch to when I inevitably got frustrated or hit a wall in Souls. I didn't really expect to find myself having to tear myself away from this in order to carry on making progress in Souls though. There's no creation aspect at all, it's just a straightforward platformer i

  18. I couldn't find a thread for this so apologies if a duplicate. After playing this at EGX last year I picked this up today for it's paltry budget price. If you liked Inside then just go buy Little Nightmares now. I'm I think about half way through and it is utterly brilliant. It's looking like being one of my favourites games so far this year and that's saying something given the year we've had already. Basically take Inside, a dash of Trapdoor, Little Big Planet and a dash of your childhood fears and you're there. I urge people to not watch spoilers and take the p
  19. has this been reported on here ....? Metro Redux: Two Games, 1080p on PS4 I could say how excited we are to be showing you this trailer, but I have an idea of what you really want to know… so let’s just cut to the chase. Metro Redux runs at 1080p, 60FPS onPlayStation 4. We had to sneak the PS4 development kits into Kiev to make it happen, but we wholeheartedly think it was worth it… Metro Redux includes Metro 2033 (for the first time ever on a PlayStation platfrom) and Metro: Last Light, remastered for PlayStation 4, with all the gameplay, AI, gunplay, and graphical improvements we added in
  20. http://www.cradlegames.com/index.php/hellpoint Spotted this in a facebook ad the other day. Hellpoint is currently going through Kickstarter, which I'd tend not to post about, but there's actually a demo available which I'm currently downloading. Also plenty of footage on youtube. The game is set on a space station that's orbiting a black hole. Apparently the position of the station, relative to the singularity, will have a real-time impact on the sanity of the stations inhabitants. From what I've watched, it looks like a pretty decent souls-like, if a litt
