I can't really remember last season but most of the reveals seemed pretty flat. Also why are they all so obsessed with the federation? I don't know much about Star Trek lore but It's in theory at best , what a galactic trading empire with a focus on peace and knowledge?   7. Don't know the books and although I'd guess I've half watched the film at some point I can't recall it. Really enjoying this, the great cast helps and there is a reasonable amount going on in the story but the story just seems that bit more relaxing than other shows I've watched recently. It has multiple characters but it is largely following Lyra and I think this helps.

    I think it was very hard to replace the original lot, but it has to be said I can't think of many shows that have cycled characters as much but done such a good job with it. They didn't really try and carbon copy the characters at all but still ended up with very memorable characters beyond the initial cast.
