Someone's bagsied it I'm afraid. If it falls through you're next in line. Thanks.

  3. Layers Of Fear - P.T 2? (PS4, Xbone, PC)

This is amazing, genuinely terrifying. Though I'm playing in the dark, alone, in my flat which is in the basement of a late-Victorian children's home, and I'm sure that helps. Chapter Four was insane. Everyone should check this out either now if you can, or when it's fully released next month.

Is Rare Replay a bit like NES Remix then? Because if so, amazing.
  5. Xbox One Console Thread

You don't. I only had the tutorial available in the 60 minute trial but as soon as I upgraded the main game was available to start. Seems like the trial only has the tutorial.

Is anyone playing Elite: Dangerous through Early Access? Seems amazing so far. 1080p and 60fps, though I'm still on the tutorials and I'm not sure how it will hold up with massive space stations. Controls seem good, click right stick to switch to virtual cockpit, click again back to cockpit controls. Seems to run better than it did on my mate's £500 PC. Would love to get into this enough to justify the Elite Controller.
  7. Good recent(ish) horror books?

Bit of a bump but I didn't want to start a new topic for it and I don't think there is one, has anyone read/bought Clive Barker's The Scarlet Gospels yet? This ends his Cenobite 'saga', supposedly, but fingers crossed it's a wonderful return to horror for him.
  8. Your bargain finds!

I bought Battle of the Halji with Christmas money when I was ten after seeing it advertised in White Dwarf (1987!) but had to take it back because it was too complicated for me.
  9. Games Exchange

Posted this in the trading folder but no interest so thought I'd try in here before eBay, will consider any offers £10 - Alhambra - https://boardgamegee...e/6249/alhambra £10 - Alhambra expansion, The Power of the Sultan - https://boardgamegee...ra-power-sultan £12 - Portobello Market - https://boardgamegee...rtobello-market £10 - Ystari Box (six expansions for Ystari games) - https://boardgamegee...7156/ystari-box £10 - Y's - https://boardgamegee...rdgame/12761/ys £12 - La Citta - https://boardgamegee...me/554/la-citta £13 - Utopia - https://boardgamegee...me/31745/utopia Postage by courier for each one would be about £3-4 for each individual game, and wouldn't increase unless you're getting more than two or some of the larger games. I'll knock a couple of pound off for multiple purchases, and offers considered. All games are new and unplayed, with cards unpunched, etc. Alhambra Expansion, Ystari Box, Y's are still sealed, Utopia is sealed but some of the plastic wrapping has come off, the others are not sealed but unplayed and as mentioned all cards etc still unpunched. All have English instructions. Paypal Gift or Bank Transfer please.
  10. Neverwinter - XB1 - Elemental Evil expansion update 7th April

Loving this so far but I've barely scratched the surface of it. I wouldn't even have minded having to pay £40 for it. It feels like the most proper RPG-ey console game I've played in ages. Quick question, I've got three Tyrannical Lockboxes. Is there any way to open them without buying the keys, or should I just buy the keys (with real money)?
  11. Neverwinter - XB1 - Elemental Evil expansion update 7th April

If anyone fancies playing this at some point, give me a shout. I've been waiting for a nice statty RPG on the XB1 with co-op (not really counting Diablo 3) and this looks perfect.
  12. Xbox One Console Thread

Anyone had the chance to play Neverwinter yet?
  13. Ori and the Blind Forest

Should anything be visible on the map before you upgrade the abilities?
  14. Ori and the Blind Forest

Quick question, are the locations you discover, like the soul shrine, supposed to appear on the map? My map has been completely empty since the start. The only things that show up are Ori and the last save point.
  15. Stephen King

Kind of Stephen King related as he mentions it in Danse Macabre as one of his favourite horror short stories, but you should read The Companion by Ramsey Campbell if you haven't as it's an awesome short horror tale set about a chap visiting old fun fairs around England in the 70s who gets more than he bargained for. I wonder if Joyland was inspired by it.
