    Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Just over 50 hours in here and even though the hype train for RDR2 is compelling, and the fact my copy is currently installing, I'm not giving up this game until I have finished it. Just love the whole ambience and feeling of exploring ancient Greece. So much more to explore. Although the actual physical install of RDR2 means I cannot play Odyssey for far too long.

    Red Dead Redemption 2

My Amazon delivery states arriving today but by 11pm. That's the latest I've seen on a Prime delivery from them so it's a good job I'm only going to be installing it today.

    Red Dead Redemption 2

Jesus, even Radio 6 are mentioning the game as Tom Ravenscroft is playing a track from the soundtrack and said the game is out today.

    Red Dead Redemption 2

For contrast I'm 50 hours and about 50% into Odyssey at the moment and I agree about it being probably the best AC game yet. However, even though I have a copy of RDR 2 coming tomorrow I'll be installing it and waiting until I've completed Odyssey. I just know that I also would not go back to it once I started RDR so it can wait.

    Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Haven't done that one yet but the Dagger subquest is really good too. Spent quite a long time on that one and really enjoyed it. This game really is a time sink.

    Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Such a good game and far better so far than Origins. The sheer scale of the game is huge and so much to do. I've just unlocked and that alone will provide endless hours of hunting them down. Whoever recommended the Spartan kick was bang on. It never gets old kicking an enemy off a cliff or high building and is great for crowd control. There are also little touches that serve no purpose to the story such as a small island It's little details like this which make me stop and think about what happened there.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season

    Nice spoiler btw
  9. PC version is £24.99. Shame it's not the PS4 version at that price. https://www.cdkeys.com/pc/games/life-is-strange-2-complete-season-pc-steam-cd-key

    Shadow of the Tomb Raider

The HDR looks great on mine, as you say those shafts of light breaking through walls look stunning. Might have to have a play around with the settings in game as other Xbox games look fine.

    Shadow of the Tomb Raider

Just started playing this afternoon after finishing Spiderman and finding the game a bit 'gloomy' graphically. Maybe it's coming from the vibrant PS4 game to a game in tombs but no matter how much I play with the brightness and HDR settings it looks like the blacks are crushed. Normally 4K HDR games look stunning on my screen but this seems off somehow.

    Nintendo Switch

Strange....bought my code yesterday and no £2.50 cashback and only 1% tracked. Code worked and just had a quick game of Gradius. Had to link my Paypal account as there's no way of turning on automatic renewal which seems a bit sneaky to me. Hope they remind us before it kicks in next year.

I may be missing something but where do I sign up for the online side of things? Is it only going live tomorrow?

    Spider-Man PS4 - Insomniac swings into action!

Is it possible to clear the Fisk hideouts vis stealth? I've cleared them all out but I could only take a couple of the henchmen out via stealth before they saw me and all hell broke loose. At first I found them infuriating as I was still getting used to the controls but it's good combat practice once it clicked.
