    Doom 3 Re-Release - BFG Edition - Out Now

I've been playing this for a few hours and its great fun with plenty of jump scares. I was unsure about the graphics and how dated it would feel but after a few minutes I think nothing of it. I really wish they would make a new Doom game similar to this. Of course I loved Doom 2016 as it was a breath of fresh air, but Doom 3 certainly has its charm and deserves recognition. It really creates a tense atmosphere but then again I'm a complete wimp

    Chernobyl (HBO/Sky)

Jesus christ! Good find. Watching the episode I first thought the radiation cooked the rotors or something similar.

Anyone know anything about the helicopter that crashed in episode 2? It didn't collide with anything but you can see the rotors coming apart.

When you add radiation then all of a sudden everything sounds better.

    Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Both haunting and intriguing at the same time. Man I would kill for an Assassins Creed game that takes place in Rome during Caligula or Nero. The whole concept of cults could be taken to a whole new level.

    Just Cause

Wouldn't matter if it was Uwe Boll or George Lucas. There is absolutely no reason to make a film based on Just Cause. I wouldn't be surprised if this movie was a part of a giant money laundering scheme. 1/10

    Chernobyl (HBO/Sky)

Episode 3 had some very unsettling visuals. If I'm ever close to a nuclear meltdown then I'm just going to say fuck it and play with nuclear rods and die quickly. No way I want slow death by radiation Time to reinstall Stalker.

    Far Cry New Dawn

I did enjoy Far Cry 5 even though I think it was a far cry from Far Cry 2 and 3, seeing how this thread only has 6 pages I take it this is just another shit cash-in that lacks depth, originality and soul.
  11. Cant wait for E3, but sad so see that Sony is skipping it.

    Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Yeah, the only thing I dont love about this game are just that. Protip for the frustrated: climb on top a tall buildings/mountains and Sparta kick people to their deaths. Whenever I get swarmed or attacked my multiple mercenaries I send them flying.

Declining Sales. WTF Is Going On?

My PC doesn't even have a disc drive I did get physical copies in the past but realized that despite installing via disc you still have massive downloads so why bother? Physical copies require space, they require dusting, they require that you put the correct disk into the correct cover and thats just too much responsibility to handle these days

Declining Sales. WTF Is Going On?

I can only answer for myself as someone who loved rage. There are many examples of sequels not selling simply because the sequel is a sequel in name only and what made the previous game successful is ignored. Rage was a semi open world game, bleak and soft with buckets of charm.Rage 2 is Just Cause Borderlands, its not Rage. And for that reason alone I' got a refund.
