  1. I did something simialr this evening but not for hosting, I just didn't want to waste anymore remote raid passes . Although I did do my very first host raid during the week with the PokeRaid app, it was initially intimidating but worked out really well since they've updated the app to work as an overlay. Got this beauty today though:
  2. It's pretty sweet, haven't had any problems with it so far luckily. I don't use it that regularly as it's more of a travel companion but I'm still very impressed with it.
  3. I was going to post this too, got the email from Genki as I got the Covert Dock and I'm tempted to get this even though I hardly capture anything, but I like the idea that this can work on any HDMI device other than just the Switch.
  4. It was this one which has typically sold out now: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07F7S54DY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It was very straight forward to do, it came with instructions with very small images though. They also link to Youtube videos so I would recommend checking out a few. I wanted one that would make use of the dock's LED light and most of the USB-C port parts.
  5. I know I usually go on about the docks yet again but I agree the Genki dock is great and really useful as a travel companion. Since the last time I sold off my Skull & Co. Jumpgate dock as for some reason it stopped docking and went for an official dock. I then decided to buy one of those aftermarket shells to make the official dock smaller which worked out well. I like it uses HDMI-CEC to auto-switch over which I notice most of the other docks don't seem to incorporate for some reason.
  6. That's a shame, I love the K-ENT theme.
  7. I always thought No More Heroes was a perfect game for waggle controls, and it's just as great on the Switch. I struggle to play it via the non-motion way as I'm so used to motion controls. I've noticed some of the soundtrack has changed slightly though? You used to hear the K-ENT music when you would go for an assassination mission but it's changed to something else. I've also heard the "Kill or be Killed Mix" also being played in some scenes which I only remember from the sequel.
  8. This crossed my line of vision when I was on the Google Play Store just now: They did such a good job fitting the hair to his face!
  9. I bought it when it was still on their Kickstarter, it got delayed due to Covid and eventually arrived around mid March I think it was? It looks like they're now selling them on their site: https://www.genkithings.com/products/covert-dock
  10. I agree, buy official or go with the Genki Covert Dock. Until recently I was using the Skull & Co Jumpgate but for some reason it's stopped docking my Switch but it still works fine as a standard USB-C port for my laptop to show via HDMI which I don't get. I'm using the official Switch USB-C power cable to power it. I've been using the Genki Covert Dock for the past week and it's been absolutely fine, the only downside is that it lays flat but that's not too much of a big deal. To me it's ideal as a travel companion because of the interchangable travel sockets and it's the size
  11. I kept meaning to look for a thread on this. I always see this constantly on the BBC1 HD previews while the little one is having her bath ready. Recently binged it on iPlayer and thoroughly enjoyed it. Glad to see a second series is coming!
  12. Just an update on this, I contacted Limited Run Games as I looked at their description again and it states that the game is region free. They replied back to me just now saying they've had a few problems with people who have the Mattel version of the NES just like mine. So hopefully there's some soultion to it.
  13. I got this recently after a long pre-order, but sadly my PAL NES doesn't seem to play it. I thought maybe it would be region free of sorts so I'm assuming it's NTSC? What's the current best way of playing this on my PAL NES? I've seen guides suggesting to tweak the lockout chip but the guides seem slightly old and I wasn't sure if there's any recent methods of doing any NES mods etc.
  14. Thanks, I figured that was the case as it makes sense when it was recorded.
  15. It looks like the update that I got today fixed the issue thankfully, there were a few other bugs which I think were also addressed elsewhere. Anyway, I wanted to check how the 50 coin limit works per day. Say I already earn the 50 coin limit from some gyms for that day but still add another pokemon for a few hours and it gets knocked out in the early evening. I then decide not to check the game for the remainder of that day. If I was to then check the app the next day will those coins carry over? Or do they still count from the day before when the pokemon was knocked o
