  1. God of War (2018) - Magni-ficent!

The Strangers shockwave ground pound was blockable? I never got hit by it, but always rolled anyway. It just looks like an unblockable attack.
  2. God of War (2018) - Magni-ficent!

I don't know the answer either way but:
  3. Max Payne 3 - Join the crew!

Max Payne 3 is the best in the series by a huge margin.
  4. God of War (2018) - Magni-ficent!

I thought that too, a bit like if Horizon Zero Dawn had you playing as the descendants of the Helghast.
  5. All things Yakuza!

Yakuza 2 is my favourite by an absolute mile, great news.
  6. Killer7 and Flower, Sun & Rain Remasters

PN03 looked like shit at the time and still plays brilliantly.
  7. Shadow of the Tomb Raider

The downriver jaw impalement from the first game makes me wince more than some of the clicker deaths from The Last Of Us.
  8. Shadow of the Tomb Raider

Non gameplay footage, in 2018? Games are quite pretty now.
  9. Metal Gear Survive

Still astonishes me that people say Konami fucked Kojima over. They gave him 80 million dollars, 8 years, carte blanche, and tolerated two restarts. Who else in any industry is given that kind of faith?
  10. Monster Hunter: World

You killed Anjanath without upgraded armour? Nicely done. Finally completed a capture mission there after youtubing how to do it (45 hours in!). If anything it's easier than a hunt, you don't have to deal with the rage induced desperation moves of a dying enemy, and you're rewarded with more loot!
  11. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning still gets my vote.
  12. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

I remember reading an astonishing quote from a CDR guy where he said (hugely paraphrasing here) the team weren't that into fantasy and they were excited to move onto Cyberpunk as it was much more a labour of love to a company full of sci fi fanatics.
  13. Bayonetta 3 - Announced for Switch

Doesn't take a genius to read the subtext of that, Scalebound still an open wound for him I'll wager.
  14. Monster Hunter: World

I'm hoping they patch out the "Time Played" stat being visible on the save file selection screen.
  15. Bayonetta 3 - Announced for Switch

The second is a great entry point for new players, and has a lot less of the tedious platforming of Platinum's early games.
